To log in, use your email address

number is shown on the label on your copy of The Rotarian magazine. You
may review and update your own record for Personal & Contact Information.
Under the Member Tab, click VIEW My DATA, and then you may EDIT/change
"your information", including the UserID and Password to values of your
choice.
On the sign-in page in the lower left corner click on
"Create DaCdb short cut"
and also click the "remember me"
box so that next time you can then sign on to DaCdb with just one click.
This database is the central
reservoir of District information, and whenever a change is made to club
information or to a member's e-mail address, phone number, etc. that
change is automatically reflected throughout in historical, club, and/or
committee references.
Club secretaries using DaCdb are able
to submit their attendance data, update their club’s location and meeting
times, maintain their membership roster (new members, changes, and
terminations), and print name badges or club directories (with member
photos), or e-mail ALL members in your club, in just a couple of clicks.
To get instructions on any of these capabilities please go to the "Help"
tab on the DaCdb.com. Your District Governor will rely upon the
information which you show for your club's location, meeting time, and
officers.
Changes that clubs and individuals
make to information in DaCdb can automatically update information at
Rotary International, but you must TURN ON this feature for your club.
This document
explains how the President or Secretary of record at Rotary International
can activate this capability.
Once we have all entered the
information about ourselves, this database will help in the following
ways:
Produce and distribute a club
directory as a pdf file at no cost several times each year.
Reviewing information about those who
have served on committees in the past.
Compiling names and addresses of
current committee members.
Sending Personalized E-mails to club
and committees members
