Our Good Works

While some may initially think of Rotary as a local group of interesting people who meet weekly and hear a speaker, Rotary International in District 6920 is much more. It began as and continues to be an exceptional service and social networking institution in the communities of central, south-eastern and coastal Georgia.

So many of the good works for 6920 Rotarians is done in their community by members of the club!

In addition we operate several important service and humanitarian programs across our district, and in conjunction with our neighboring district.

“People say, what is the sense of all our effort?

They can not see we must lay one brick at a time, take one step at time.

A pebble cast into a pond causes ripples that spread in all directions.
Each one of our thoughts, words, and deeds is like that.

No one has a right to sit down and feel hopeless.

There’s too much work to do.”
